Walking on the beaches of Aruba there are many amazing views that just say paradise. These palm trees with the Caribbean sea in the background was no exception. I had to capture this quiet perfect scene of tropical paradise.


So what's so special about this tiny island that is only 15 miles north of the coast of Venezuela. This Caribbean island is only 19.6 miles long and only 6 miles at its widest point. This makes it only 70 sp. miles of tropical paradise. The temperature is almost constant at 81 degs year round. The capital of this island is Oranjestad. Aruba was discovered and claimed for Spain in 1499 but was acquired by the Dutch in 1636. The official language of the island is Dutch but Portuguese/ Spanish creole is also spoken.

There is a lot of talk about the pristine white sand beaches, turquoise waters that are on this gorgeous island. Well I had to explore and here's just a few of them.

, one of the most popular and vibrant beaches in Aruba. With its long stretch of powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters, Palm Beach is a haven for sun-seekers and water sports enthusiasts. This iconic tree located on Eagle Beach in Aruba was a must for me to see and photograph. This tree growing directly on the beach is popular location for family pictures, weddings and more. This tree is growing and pointing to the south-easterly direction due to the direction of the wind. If you have been to Aruba then you have probably seen this iconic tree. Add this gorgeous image to your home or office. Available in many different sizes.

Eagle Beach is a serene and picturesque destination that has been recognized as one of the world's best beaches. On this beach you will find soft, talcum-like sand and a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Honestly is hard to find a better spot to relax and enjoy the beauty that surrounds everywhere. Take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, witness breathtaking sunsets, or simply unwind beneath the shade of the iconic Divi-Divi (Fofoti) trees. The famous Divi Divi (Watapana) tree is Aruba's trademark and natural compass, always pointing in a southwestern direction due to the trade winds that blow across the island from the north-east.

Swimming in these crystal clear waters you can keep an eye out for the fascinating marine life, including turtles, angelfish, parrotfish, or just a curious octopuses.

Mangel Halto | Best Snorkeling in Aruba

Summertime playground is now open! What a incredible view overlooking the Caribbean sea. This swing hanging from a tree was a perfect subject for this amazing view. Would you play at this ocean's playground? I know I did.

For a more secluded and off-the-beaten-path beach experience, head to Mangel Halto. Nestled on the southeastern coast, this hidden treasure offers a tranquil setting surrounded by mangroves and calm, turquoise waters.

I have always loved the ocean and having a salt water tank at home for many years I have grown a passion for the underwater life. These French Angle Fish caught my eye. They were very interested and came directly in front of my camera looking to say Hi and take my picture please. So I did! If you love the underwater world with salt water fish this image is for you.

Snorkelers will be rewarded with a kaleidoscope of marine life, from vibrant coral gardens to graceful rays and darting shoals of fish. Explore the mangrove forests, observe the unique bird species, and immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of this natural paradise.

Had a amazing underwater experience with the Green sea turtles along the coast in Aruba. These turtles (Honu) have the cleanest shells I have ever seen. Watching them swim thru the crystal clear ocean was a amazing experience I will never forget.



Arashi Beach | Best Beaches in Aruba

I had a local tell me about Arashi Beach, located on the northwestern coast of this Dutch Caribbean island. This gorgeous beach is a favorite among locals and tourists alike, offering excellent snorkeling opportunities. Swim alongside schools of tropical fish, marvel at the colorful coral formations, and keep an eye out for fascinating creatures like moray eels and sea urchins. After exploring the underwater wonders, relax on the soft sands and relish the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.

Aruba is a gorgeous island with many incredible beaches. They are loved by many to come and visit their white sand beaches with crystal clear aqua ocean waters. As I was walking around enjoying the views this little palm tree said tropical all over it.


Flamingo Beach | Renaissance Island

Flamingo Beach, a private beach on Renaissance Island off of mainland Aruba's coast, is home to turquoise waters, soft sands, and a friendly population of pink flamingos. While you're on the sugar-white sands of this beach, you can relax with lounge chairs and take in the stunning sights of the Dutch Caribbean.

The flamingos really make this beach stand out, especially considering how well their pink feathers contrast with the white sand. You can take as many photos with them as you like. You can get to this beach by heading to Renaissance Island west of Oranjestad's coast.

Always have a love for lighthouses and when I travel to new destinations that is the first thing I look for. On the island of Aruba this photogenetic lighthouse was on my list. So what is the story behind this beautiful lighthouse. The old stone California lighthouse stands as a silent watchman in the area known as "Hudishibana," near the island's northwestern tip. This lighthouse was named after the S.S. California - which sunk previous to its construction in 1910. Perched on a high seaside elevation, the lighthouse has become one of Aruba's scenic trademarks and offers a picture perfect view of the island's western coastline of beaches and coral shorelines.

One of the most beautiful areas to take in the best 360 deg views of the island from the famous California Lighthouse. Standing at 98 feet tall it is resting near the island's northwest tip the views are spectacular even if you want to see a sunrise or sunset you can't loose! The lighthouse was named after the S.S. California - which sunk previous to its construction in 1910. This lighthouse has become one of Aruba's scenic trademarks of the island and now can be visited if you dare do the 119 steps to the top. You won't be disappointed. You will be greeted with many perfect views of the island's western coastline of beaches and coral shorelines.

I wanted to capture a early morning sunrise with these palm trees in hopes the sky would turn into a candy pink and purple. It took a few swings at it but the last morning produced a stunning sky.
