April 25-30th 2023 | Kauai, Hawaii

Kauai Photo Tour with Joe Garza & Nick Selway
Kauai is Hawaii's fourth largest island and is sometimes called the "Garden Island," which is an entirely accurate description. The oldest and northernmost island in the Hawaiian chain is draped in emerald valleys, sharp mountain spires and jagged cliffs aged by time and the elements. Centuries of growth have formed tropical rainforests, forking rivers and cascading waterfalls! Some parts of Kauai are only accessible by sea or air, revealing views beyond your imagination. Make your escape to Kauai and join us on this unforgettable Hawaiian photography workshop to capture your own stunning images of paradise.

Kauai Photography Workshop Schedule
The tour will begin on April 25th at 3pm at The Kauai Inn. From there we will be checking in to our rooms and getting your camera gear ready so we can head out and photograph our first sunset. Before we take off we'll meet at 3:45pm in the hotel lobby for a quick round of introductions and answer any questions. Then we'll be off and running to let the photography fun begin!

Tunnels beach is a beautiful beach on the North Shore of Kauai.
We will be shooting sunrise and sunset every day and if the weather is in our favor, we can shoot later into each morning. After each morning, depending on how everyone is feeling, we can head back to the hotel to rest and grab some breakfast and then participate into other activities Kauai has to offer. We also will be shooting different locations each day depending on weather conditions and what areas provide optimal conditions, scenes, and compositions for the day.
Most importantly we'll create a relaxed, fun and enjoyable atmosphere for an incredible photography workshop experience. You will gain confidence and take your photography skills to the next level. This photography tour of Kauai will end April 30th after we shoot sunrise.
Napali Coast Sunset Photography Dinner Cruise

The Napali Coast Sunset Photography Dinner Cruise is included in cost of your workshop! We will be taking a breathtaking sunset sail with Captain Andy’s Sailing Adventure along the Napali Coast giving us 4 hours to capture stunning views of the Kauai coast only accessible from the water. This also provides a great chance to photograph humpback whales and spinner dolphins. The afternoon light is amazing creating rich hues of green, red and black as the setting sun highlights the many sharp ridge lines and valleys that make this coastline unique. After heading North up Na Pali we’ll enjoy a relaxing downwind cruise and sunset at sea.
Includes: 65' Star Yacht, Na Pali, dinner, sail, sunset
Dinner: Snacks, salads, main course, dessert, cocktails, beverages.
